Trip Planning Services
Trip Planning for DART’s bus and train services is available by contacting one of our Information Center Specialists at 1-800-652-DART (3278). The telephones are staffed Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 8:30 pm and on Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. When calling, please have your specific origin and destination information available, and if known, recognizable landmarks such libraries, hospitals, and shopping malls. If you are new to DART’s transit services ask your Information Center Specialist to have one of DART’s Travel Trainers contact you or call them at 302-760-2858.
