Dover International Speedway Express Information
 DART First State is pleased to offer race fans a better way to enjoy their visit to Dover International Speedway for its June NASCAR race. If you're looking for a smart way to get to and from the track, take a look at DART First State's Dover International Speedway Race Express Bus Shuttle service. You can choose to ride from two locations:
- The Race Express from the Christiana Mall Park & Ride in northern Delaware, just off I-95, takes NASCAR fans directly to Dover International Speedway in Dover. The bus will depart at 7:30 AM, with 1,000 seats available on a first come, first serve basis. The cost per person is $10.00 round trip. Cash reduced fare of $4.00 with a DART Reduced Fare ID card or Medicare card. Children under 46 inches ride for free with a fare paying adult.
- For $20.00 a car(*), NASCAR fans can also park at the Blue Hen Corporate Center on US 113 in Dover, and all vehicle occupants can ride the Race Express Bus to and from Dover International Speedway at no cost. The Race Express Bus avoids race day traffic congestion by traveling south on US 113, away from the traffic, and getting on DE 1 to an exclusive, buses-only exit ramp leading directly to Dover International Speedway; all in only 12 minutes time. The service begins at 8:00 AM, and is available to transport passengers back and forth until 1 hour after the race.
DART First State uses a fleet of its modern, wheelchair lift-equipped buses to transport passengers to the race. With more than 3,000 parking spaces in the Blue Hen Corporate Center lot and 200 spaces at the Christiana Mall Park & Ride, ample parking is available. Flyers directing people to the Park & Ride lots, will be distributed at local businesses and hotels in New Castle County. All DART First State buses are equipped with E-Z pass tags, for even quicker service through the toll plaza on the day of the race.
On race day, please bring along the exact cash amount. No change will be available to be processed.. If the race gets rained out on Sunday, service will not operate on Monday.

Carry-on items on the buses to the grandstands must conform to Dover International Speedway's gate admission policy, and that any and all carry-on items that can be handled by one person are permited on the buses upon departure after the race.

To Dover International Speedway

- Children under 46 inches ride for free.
- Smoking on the bus is prohibited.
- Carry-on items on the buses to the grandstands must conform to Dover International Speedway's gate admission policy.
- Carry on items are to be stored under the seat.
- All passengers must remain seated while the bus is moving.
- There are port-potties in the parking lot for anyone who needs to use the bathroom before the bus departs.
- DART First State supervision will be on-site to assist passengers.
Return Trip to Christiana Mall
- Take any DART First State Race Express Bus from Dover International Speedway back to the Blue Hen Corporate Center.
- The bus will drop off at the designated area in the parking lot of the Blue Hen Corporate Center.
- There will be a banner that says "Christiana Mall Park & Ride Boards Here."
- The Christiana Mall shuttles will depart the Blue Hen Corporate Center immediately.
- There are port-a-potties in the parking lot for anyone who needs to use the bathroom before the bus departs.
- Carry on items are to be stored under the seat.
- Smoking on the bus is prohibited.
- All passengers must remain seated while the bus is moving.
- DART First State supervision will be on-site to assist passengers.
Directions to the Christiana Mall Park & Ride
From points north of Christiana Mall:
Take southbound I-95 to exit 4A (Christiana Mall Road), follow the signs to Christiana Mall Road, take exit 164A, then stay in the left lane and go to the left where the road forks, follow the signs to the Park & Ride lot. The Park & Ride lot is located across the street from the former Strawbridge & Clothier store.
From points south of Christiana Mall:
Take northbound I-95 to exit 4A (Christiana Mall Road), follow the signs to Christiana Mall Road, take exit 164A, then stay in the left lane and go to the left where the road forks, follow the signs to the Park & Ride lot. The Park & Ride lot is located across the street from the former Strawbridge & Clothier store.
Directions to Blue Hen Corporate Center
From points south of Dover:
Use US Route 113 north. The Corporate Center is approximately 1.5 miles past the Dover Air Force Base.
From points north of Dover:
Take Delaware Route 1, to exit 95, go north on US 113, and it's on the right side. Or use US Route 13 south to the US Route 113/13 split, take US Route 113, and the Corporate Center is approximately 1/2 mile past the split on the left side.
