201 Red Line – Lewes Park & Ride to Rehoboth Boardwalk
Runs every 20 minutes from 10 AM to 10 PM, between Lewes Park & Ride, Tanger Outlets, Rehoboth Park & Ride and Rehoboth Boardwalk.

208 Light Blue Line – Rehoboth Park & Ride to Ocean City, MD.Runs every 2 hours from 10 AM to 8 PM, between Rehoboth Park & Ride, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach, South Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island and Ocean City, MD.

Park & Ride Free

If you'd like to avoid the traffic hassles and parking headaches in Delaware's resort areas, DART First State offers two conveniently located Park & Ride Lots. The Rehoboth Park & Ride is on Shuttle Rd. off of Delaware Rt. 1, north of Rehoboth Avenue and the NEW Lewes Park & Ride is located just south of Five Points on Delaware Route 1.

Park at the Rehoboth Park & Ride lot for $10.00 and you'll receive up to four (4) free unlimited ride daily bus passes.

The NEW Lewes Park & Ride lot, opening in early May, is located at 17616 Coastal Highway, just south of Five Points. Parking is free; the cost to ride the bus is a $2 per trip, $4.20 for a Daily pass or $18 for a 7-Day pass.

All buses are air conditioned and equipped with wheelchair lifts. Ride in comfort to the outlets, the boardwalk and beaches, even into Dewey Beach, Lewes, Long Neck or Ocean City, MD on DART’s Beach Bus services. With bus stops conveniently located throughout the resort area, you won't need to worry about where to park or how to get from one place to another.

Passengers can connect to the Ocean City Transit system at the 144th Street Transit Center in Ocean City. Payment of the Ocean City fare applies; $3.00 Ride-All-Day.

Ocean City riders connecting to DART First State will have to pay the DART fare of $2.00 per trip or $4.20 for a Daily Pass, which can be purchased on the bus. The Daily Pass is good for unlimited riding on that day within Sussex County, DE.

Cape May-Lewes Ferry Connection to Cape May, NJ

New service to the Cape May Lewes Ferry Terminal on DART’s Beach Bus 204 Yellow Line! The 204 Yellow Line will stop at the Ferry Terminal every 30 minutes from 10:20 AM to 2:20 PM.

The Ferry’s bus will provide service to the NEW Lewes Park & Ride, where passengers can connect with DART’s Beach Bus for service to the Outlets, Rehoboth Boardwalk, Long Neck and south to Ocean City, MD for an additional charge.


The one-way cash fare is $2.00, ride all day with a Daily Pass for $4.20 or longer with a 7-day Pass for $18. Reduced fare for Seniors (65 and older) and Disabled is $.80 and the blind (with DVI photo ID) ride free.

Daily Pass and the DARTCard

As always, the best value for riding the bus is to purchase a pass. The cost of the Daily Pass is $4.20. For even greater savings, the 7-day Pass is only $18. The Daily and 7-Day Passes allow customers to ride any bus route in Sussex County all day long.

305 Beach Connection (Magenta Line)

The 305 Beach Connection, operates from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend and provides bus service from Wilmington to Rehoboth Beach on Friday nights, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The Route 305 connects with the Resort Transit service at the NEW Lewes Park & Ride and the Rehoboth Park & Ride lot. 

The 305 Beach Connection is a comfortable motor coach that offers 45 seats, 2 wheelchair positions along with under coach storage compartments for beach gear and luggage. Please note that seating is limited, with no reserved seating.

Bus Stops

The 305 Beach Connection (Magenta Line) stops at the Wilmington Train Station, Christiana Mall, Odessa Park & Ride in Middletown, Scarborough Road Park & Ride lot in Dover, and the NEW Lewes Park & ride lot, just south of the Five Points and the Rehoboth Park & Ride lot on Shuttle Road.


The one-way cash fares are $10.00 from Wilmington and $6.00 from Dover. Riders are encouraged to buy a 3-Zone Anywhere Daily Pass for $12.60, which can also be used on all Beach Bus Services. The DARTCard can be used to purchase a 3-Zone Daily Pass on the bus.


The DARTCard is a discounted stored value card (used just like cash) that can be purchased at DART First State Transportation stores, sales outlets, or online, and is available in seven different denominations. For an even greater discount, the DARTCard can be used to purchase a Daily Pass on the bus! DARTCards cannot be re-charged, therefore, when the value runs out, a new card has to be purchased.
