Paratransit Reservation

DART First State offers you a new easy, no waiting option to make reservations for our paratransit service

You must already be certified and have a DART ID number in order to book your trip using email. (ID number can be found on your Paratransit ID card)

Your trip requests must be submitted at least two (2) business days in advance and by 4:30 pm. Trip requests will be accepted for up to 14 days in advance. For trips outside of these guidelines, please call our Reservations team at 1-800-553-DART.

  • We're pleased to provide you with another reservation method that fits your schedule in booking paratransit trips outside our standard 8 am to 4:30 pm telephone reservations hours. We ask that you please do not call us regarding confirmation for trip requests made via email. You will receive a response immediately from our website indicating receipt of your request. You will also receive a trip confirmation number via telephone. If you do not receive a response, your trip request was not processed.
  • DART First State and the web hosting service provider is not responsible for submissions that are delayed or not received due to outages within the Internet or other system failures.
  • For your convenience, this form attempts to calculate the days available for reservations, but does not account for non-service holidays. At least two full business days notice is always required. If in doubt, please call your reservation in.
  • All fields, except that marked Optional must be completed for your trip request to be accepted.

Please define the number of trips you wish to take during the day you are reserving for. For example, a one-way trip would be 1, a round-trip would be 2, but if you were going to two different appointments requiring three different pick ups you'd choose three below.
