How far in advance should I request DARTLEY?
We recommend submitting requests 4 weeks in advance to secure availability.
Can DARTLEY stay for the entire event?
Appearances are typically scheduled in 20-minute segments with breaks, but multiple segments can be arranged.
Is there a cost?
Most educational and nonprofit events are free.
Can DARTLEY appear outdoors?
Yes—weather permitting. Temperatures must be safe for the performer.
Can we take photos with DARTLEY?
Absolutely! Photos and videos are encouraged.
What happens after we submit a request?
A DTC team member will review your details and follow up within 3–5 business days to confirm availability.
