DARTLEY Appearance Guideline
Before Booking
- Event must be in Delaware or tied to Delaware communities
- Appearance must align with DTC outreach goals
- Advance notice required (recommend 4 weeks)
- The max allowed timeframe of a visit is 2 hours
Day-Of Requirements
- Temperature-controlled break area
- Escort for safety
- 20-minute appearance windows with breaks in between
- No stairs or rough terrain when in costume
- DARTLEY cannot speak but communicates through gestures
Safety & Accessibility Statement
- DARTLEY’s performances follow DTC’s safety standards
- Accessible for guests with disabilities
- Staff available to answer transit questions onsite
