HELP US IDENTIFY NON-CERTIFIED PUBLIC CARRIERS
The Office of Public Carrier is responsible for enforcing the laws of Delaware governing the use of public carriers and TNC’s. If you see a vehicle operating as a public carrier that you have reason to believe is not properly certified, we urge you to provide us the information contained in the below attachment. You do not have to complete the attachment and submit it to us but call the Office of Public Carrier at the number identified in the attachment and provide the requested information.
Certified public carriers go through a rigorous process to become certified and maintain their certification. That process is designed to ensure that public carrier vehicles operate as safely as possible. Non-certified carriers cannot offer that same assurance and are possibly operating illegally. Please help us identify non-certified carriers.
