The Office of Public Carrier is committed to protecting the health and safety of the general public through the equitable enforcement of the laws and regulations governing the operation of taxicabs, limousines, non-emergency transportation vehicles, charter buses and prearranged ride service providers operating in the State of Delaware. If you know of, or believe that, a public carrier is not conducting operations in safe manner or in accord with Delaware laws, we ask that you contact the Office of Public Carrier as soon as possible. An Office of Public Carrier team member will follow-up on your information or complaint. A team member will contact you to discuss your information and/or complaint and any possible action the Office of Public Carrier can take to address the situation. A public carrier that is not operating in accord with State of Delaware laws and/or regulations may be subject to fines and/or penalties that may include a suspension or revocation of their operating authority.
